We preserve what's in season when we make each batch. Nothing comes from long-stored or out-of-season stock.

Each jar is labelled with the fruit name and the month it was made. No mystery, no marketing language on the jar itself.

Every set includes a note on how each item was made and a few suggestions for how to use it — so the jar comes with some context as well as flavour.
